What if I told you that you have the potential to have four to five lucid dreams every night? If you're having one lucid a dream a month right now I bet you're considering yourself lucky let alone one a night or unbelievably four or five a night. Understanding your
sleep cycle is the key to having more lucid dreams every night. Some people easily remember their dreams, others claim they don't have dreams or don't dream often. The reality is that everyone dreams several times each night. Sleep is a physical and mental resting time everyone needs. If you go for long periods without sleep you can hallucinate. Ultimately we really don't know why we dream but we do know our sleep repeats in cycles throughout the night and most dreams occur during one step of that cycle, R.E.M. sleep. You now know that you experience R.E.M. sleep number four to five times a night and it's during R.E.M. sleep that you dream. This means you have four to five chances a night to turn those normal dreams into lucid dreams. It may sound a bit daunting at first but there are methods you can learn to program yourself to lucid dream and to lucid dream during each R.E.M. stage of sleep. You dream a lot more than you think or remember. Your normal sleep cycle app allows for four to five dreaming sessions every night. If you dream four to five times a night, you have the potential to turn each of those dreams into a lucid dream. Just imagine being able to do anything, go anywhere, be with anyone four or five times every night. With the right skills, the patience to practice, and the persistence to try every night, you'll soon have the problem of deciding what to plan during your dreams! Early in the night our bodies are in need of deep sleep, which means that we spend a larger portion of our Sleep Tracker during the deep sleep phases. As the night progresses we become better rested and spend more time in REM sleep.
