This hall was built during William II’s reign in 1067, and was the largest residence of the time. Pyx Chapel

Now, we are sure that the iconic Westminster Abbey will be included on your to-do list already. Last but not least, we have the Temple of Mithras. The oldest structure in London, this is one of the few remnants of the Roman Empire and has been dated back to 240CE. This can be seen today as a ruin, but it is a fascinating reminder of London’s rich heritage and the stories that it has to tell.
